Members and Auxiliary,

Just a quick Thanks over the last few missions we had concerning the PGR ride for the Holly Charette Post Office dedication in Cranston , and the Hasbro Children’s Hospital Drive we had been working on for the past few months.

I will get a Disc of Pictures to our Webmaster (John) next time we meet for the website.

Ed King (R.I. PGR State Captain) had expressed his Thanks for all who had attended,

And I wish to thank all of the CVMA members who were able to attend also.

The very next day… Monday 16 October 2006

The CVMA made the donation drop at Hasbro Children’s Hospital.

This is a project we had worked on for the past few months and we delivered 94 “Family Gift Bags” to the Hospital for Families in Distress. Awesome Job ALL!

Here is a copy of the card that was sent to us by Robin just today.

This goes out to all of you for your time and effort into this project.

Although this donation has not ended yet, I will talk with the Vice Commander (Pete) on the Ponnagansett High School Cash donation soon that the fact they had raised a donation in the CVMA name for the Hospital…

And as for Today. Saturday 21 October 2006 …

Al was truly the Hero of the day, raising some $250 dollars at work last night and shopping this morning at the store after work needed his car for the drop off donation for Lt.Gov. Charles Fogarty’s Operation Holiday Cheer Donation Drive.
